Heather Barstow is a native of Hadley, and holds two degrees from Springfield Technical Community College. One in Massage Therapy and the other in Physical Therapist Assistant. Heather has a unique passion and fascination for the intersection of physical conditioning and bodywork. The combination has been most effective in treating chronic pain and discomfort in clients who have otherwise exhausted all the usual avenues of health care to find relief. She hopes to integrate her talents and resources to help people maintain health, and when appropriate, recover faster and more fully.

Kyle Botti is a 2019 graduate of the massage school in Easthampton. His first career path was in human services where he had worked with troubled kids in a residential program, as well as in a group home for individuals with disabilities – all the while taking care of his own grandparents. All of these experiences helped him discover that his calling lies in service to others. Taking care of others takes a toll physically and mentally so in faced with a career change, regular massage was a catalyst to better health personally and inspired him to pursue massage school. Kyle is moved to work with clients on a regular basis to address their pain and the bodily dysfunction that accompanies it. He’s seen firsthand how his hands have transformed his clients’ bodies and enabled them to continue to work without pain or resume hobbies that they thought they would have to discontinue and he is enthusiastic about finding out what more he is capable of.
